Raw Eggs

I know eating eggs are the world healthiest food. It has important nutrients and help you provide with excellent health benefits. Raw eggs do have all the same benefits as cooked eggs. Raw eggs are nutrient dense food with lots of protein, good fats, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and it’s good eye health. They’re also an excellent source of choline. The yolks contain most of the nutrients. I decided to do an experiment of drinking 2 raw eggs in the morning. I had to do it in the bathroom just in case i vomit. But I didn’t, it was delicious.
