Benefit of Cardio

What’s happening? My previous post talked about cardiovascular exercise and the why it’s important to participate . Endurance is arguable the most important component of physical activity. People of all ages can improve the quality of their lives and reduce the risks of the participant. You can check my previous for more but let’s get to know more about the benefit. Cardio exercise with activities can also;

• Burn calories

• Help control your appetite

• Boost your mood through the release of endorphins

• Help you sleep better at night

• Reduce arthritis pain and stiffness through joint movement

• Help prevent or manage high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes

• Improve cholesterol profile

• Lower risk of some cancer

• Lessen anxiety
