Your spine is responsible for supporting the weight of your body, and keeping it healthy so it can help you prevent back pain and help you live an active life. Spinal alignment, also known as spinal stabilization, these exercises ensure that your back is in proper alignment to keep it healthy and pain free. Check with your doctor if you’re experiencing back pain to make sure that these exercises are right for you

Here’s some exercises you can do at home: Single leg raises Lying hamstring stretch, Kneeling lunges, Pelvic tilts.
