Now, let’s go all the way in the very beginning , where it all began for me. Two years ago, when I master the basic calisthenic. I been into fitness for so long and made a mistake by not mastering the basic calisthenic. I didn’t have the basic in order, I never achieve my full potential. Now I’m telling everyone to master the basic the pushup, the pullup, the dip, the squat.
This basic workout 4 calisthenics moves. If your a beginner in calisthenic make sure to master the skills because they’ll be difficult in future workout. This a beginner routine, every calisthenics trainer have to master these 4 moves. Don’t go to other calisthenics skills until these moves are mastered . You advance if the basic is perfect.
