Jump Rope

When was the last time you jumped rope? I don’t know. Then you should give a try. It  burns more calories than you might think.

This exercise equipment is cheap and affordable. You can fit this into a briefcase, and can be used by the whole family. It helps with cardiovascular fitness and tone muscle at the same time. And using it for just 15-20 minutes will burn off the calories. And It’s  good for the heart. It strengthens the upper and lower body. If you haven’t made jump rope into your fitness routine then what are you waiting for.
