When you stretch the lower back, chest and shoulders it can help keep the spine in neutral alignment and improve overall posture by relieving aches and pain. Now, with less pain, you have the desire to hunch or slouch with more flexibility. The most important benefit of stretching is improving flexibility and range of motion. And it helps reduce your risk of injury.

My advice to you make stretching into your daily workouts is a must but including it in your day routine is just as important to health and body functioning as regular exercise. It relaxes your muscles and increases blood flow and nutrients to your cartilage and muscles.

Here’s some benefit of stretching exercise: improves your posture, promotes blood circulation, speeds up recovery after exercise, improves your flexibility, improves your energy level, stretching ease stress, stretching reduce back pain and I save the best for the last stretching exercise improves your performance in bed. Yeah baby!
