Lot of people do aerobic exercise to improve their cardiovascular endurance and burn fat. We can do weight training to gain muscle and build strength. The two most important element of fitness program. But wait I forgot it’s three important elements of fitness program. It’s the flexibility training. The benefits of flexibility training include: Better freedom of movement and improved posture. Increases physical and mental relaxation. Releases muscle tension and soreness. Reduces the risk of injury

Some people are born flexible. Flexibility is due to one’s genetics, gender, age, body shape and level of physical activity. As we grow older, we lose flexibility because of inactivity. The less active you are, the less flexible you are to be. As with cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength, flexibility will improve with regular training.
