When it comes to dumbbells, I think of versatile weights you can use to tone up. Most people use dumbbell weights either in the gym or home workout. Dumbbells can help you develop strength and size evenly on both sides because each side has to work individually. Dumbbells also helps your stabiliser muscles have to work hard to keep you steady while you perform the movement. Without knowing it you’ll be strengthening your core and other stabiliser muscles, to help prevent injury. Dumbbell can be use for beginner, intermediate and advance.

Here some workouts: dumbbell goblet squat, dumbbell standing or sitting press, dumbbell dead lift, dumbbell bicep curl, dumbbell hammer curl, dumbbell bench press, dumbbell lunges, dumbbell lateral raise, dumbbell bent over rows, dumbbell bent over tricep extension. You can do 3 sets 10reps then repeat repeat failure. Use less weight for better contraction. Squeeze!
