At first, i would never think about doing this exercise because I though this exercise was for women. I know it’s judgemental but I didn’t know at first. This exercise can be perform by men and women. It’s good for you.

The Glute Bridge is one of the most effective exercises to tone your glutes and hamstrings. This lower body workout strengthens the glutes, hamstrings, the core stability muscles, the hip muscles, the lower back muscles, and strengthens and stabilize the spinal cord. If you learn how to do a glute bridge, this move will give your glutes more definition, which in turn leaves you with a much more toned and firm backside.
