When you’re peeing, try stopping and starting your stream. Pretend your in a crowded elevator and need to hold a fart, that muscle you feel tighten is the one you need to work. That simple squeeze will work your pelvic floor muscles and if your doing it right you’ll see your penis jump a bit. You can make sure your doing it right by placing couple of fingers behind your testicle and feeling for the muscles there to tighten. You can also try putting a finger in your anus and try to clamp down it, but lot of guys fail at that. So perform 3 sets 10 rep 3 times a day.
