Exercise & Depression

I wish the word depression never existed. the word sounds low. it’s lacking energy it leaves you being not interested. I have struggle with mild depression and it’s not a good feeling. I was told that It can be treated with antidepressants and psychological therapy but some people may prefer alternative approach such as exercise. My approach was Physical Activity. Doing regular physical activity is good way to prevent or manage mild depression.any types of exercise is good from aerobics, weight lifting , yoga, tai chi, or swimming.
