We know regular exercise helps reduce the risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, or osteoporosis but did you know the most important thing that regular exercise can do for you: improves your sex life. Regular exercise is like a natural viagra. When you participate in vigorous exercise for 3-9 months you are more active in sexual activity,improves sexual function and greater satisfaction. If you increase your fitness level you will see improvement on your sex life
