I was in the mood to pump up my shoulder in my bedroom with the side lateral raise with 10lb dumbbell. 3 sets 8-12 rep then repeat repeat failure. then i jog back and forth to my garage to workout my chest and back with the incline pushup. 3 set 20-25-30rep repeat repeat failure. it’s takes about 15-20min. now, is this a actual workout. what do you think?
