I know that regular exercise can help you with insomnia because exercise promote sleep and improves it’s quality by altering brain chemistry. you exercise moderately in the morning or afternoon for 20 to 30 min 4 times a week and do not exercise before bed. exercise combine with meditation will help you fall a sleep and stay a sleep. I been sleeping very well ever since I got married to physical activity so make this your priority and you will see the outcome.
