What’s a good beginners workout schedule

That’s a good one, but to me it all depends on you.if you want to start exercising you need to stick to a routine or else it’s not going to work.i remember when I first started doing exercise. I would do it everyday workout here workout there everyday but no result.im like what’s going on. I’m not gaining any muscle what am i doing wrong? Then I started to search online made a phone call to a personal trainer who was offering free consultation and told me what I wanted to hear.your doing to much exercise and not enough rest and that made sense.so I decide to switch my routine from everyday to 3 days a week full body workout..Monday workout Tuesday off Wednesday workout Thursday off Friday workout sat and Sunday off..this a good beginners schedule then you move on.
